What is Hypnotherapy?

Hypnosis is one of many techniques available to us which can assist us in changing our beliefs. 
Now contrary to popular science, it's much easier to change our beliefs than we have been led to believe. Interesting belief by the way, isn't it? 

I invite you to start thinking about how much potential you're tapping into and that you have far more potential inside just wanting to get out.

My Background 
Exploring the potentials of our mind has been my focus since my studies in BioBehavioral Health in college, followed by the numerous trainings I hold in yoga & meditation as well as Craniosacral therapy & Somato-Emotional Release, and now as a Certified Hypnotherapist.
Learning & experiencing the POWER that our emotions play in our health, choices, and habits and then learning tools to create and change those emotional states is my passion.

Hypnotherapy is simply communicating with the subconscious mind, where our beliefs and values are created and held, and where all of our decisions and choices then arise.

YOU are in charge of your hypnosis. I am simply a guide & facilitator. We will work together to discuss your personal goals and vision, and then dive into the gifts that hypnotherapy offers.
